By opting in to MISBEHAVEN’s SMS program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Description

MISBEHAVEN LLC sends recurring automated marketing text messages to subscribers who opt in, including:

  • New product drop announcements
  • Early-access passwords and launch reminders
  • Occasional promotions

Participation is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

2. How to Opt In

You can opt in on our website at msbhvn.com by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, which is never pre-checked. We then text you to confirm, and you must reply YES to complete enrollment. No marketing messages are sent until you confirm.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. MISBEHAVEN is not responsible for carrier charges.

4. Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, reply START.

5. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by network issues or carrier limitations.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, and to tell us or reply STOP if your number changes.

7. Privacy

Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Limitation of Liability

MISBEHAVEN is not liable for damages resulting from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
